All our food is prepared from fresh local, seasonal ingredients. It’s our aim to provide you with some of the region’s finest produce and to that end we source our food from the finest suppliers in Cumbria, Lancashire and North Yorkshire. So all we have to do is cook things simply and let this brilliant array of local produce speak for itself.
